Setup walkthrough

Sign up and create your team

After signing up, complete the onboarding flow to create your team.

Connect audio and start streaming

  1. In your dashboard, open the stream section.

  2. Select your audio input — LiveSunday automatically recognizes available audio devices.

  3. Select the source language your speaker will use.

  4. On the Pro plan, select the languages you want to translate into. Your plan's language limit applies to simultaneous target languages, not audience connections.

  5. Click Start stream. LiveSunday will begin transcribing in real time and translating into any languages you've added.

  6. Keep the browser tab open and audio streaming for the duration of your service.

Keep the tab active

Your browser must stay open and the audio input active while streaming. Switching away or letting the screen lock may interrupt the stream depending on your device.

Listeners who open your link will see captions appear almost instantaneously.

Go to the Caption Links tab in your dashboard and share your link with your audience:

  • QR code — display it on-screen before service or in the bulletin
  • Text / messaging — share the link directly in your group chat
  • Signage — print or display a short URL or QR code near seating

Attendees tap the link, see a language picker, and are immediately connected. No sign-up, no app.

Show full screen captions on a dedicated screen or display

Go to the Caption Links tab in your dashboard and scroll down to Accessibility Display:

  • Select your target language and adjust the font size.
  • Open the link in a browser and enter full-screen mode.
  • Scrolling captions will appear as soon as you start the session.

Use this view for a dedicated accessibility display in the room.

End the session

When your service concludes, click Stop stream in the dashboard. Captions on attendee devices will disappear and the overlay will go blank.

You can review the session's transcript (where enabled) in Session history for up to 30 days.
