Create your organization
Sign up, name your organization and pick the handle your listeners will see in your link.
Your organization is your church, venue or event team. It holds your settings, your listener link and your billing. You can invite other people to it later.
Sign up
Go to livesunday.ai/sign-up and create an account with Google or your email address. LiveSunday then walks you through a short setup.
Organization details
Website. Type your website address if you have one. LiveSunday reads it and fills in your organization name and logo for you. You can skip this field.
Organization name. This is the name listeners see at the top of your captions page.
Logo. Pick one of the logos found on your website, or upload your own. Use a JPEG, PNG or WebP file of 2 MB or less.
Your handle
The handle is the short name in your listener link. If you choose grace-church, your link is livesunday.ai/j/grace-church.
Pick something short that people can type from a printed bulletin. A green check means the handle is free. A red cross means someone already has it.
Translation languages
If you signed up for a paid plan, you choose how many languages you want to translate into at the same time.

You can go up to 30 languages and change the number later in Billing. After this step LiveSunday takes you to checkout.
The free trial skips this step. It includes 120 minutes and 2 translation languages, with no card needed. Each account gets one free trial.
