What LiveSunday stores from your services, how long it keeps it, and what listeners share.
Audio
LiveSunday streams your audio to our speech recognition and translation providers to produce captions. We don't record or store the audio.
Transcripts and session history
LiveSunday saves the transcript of each session so you can read and download it in History. It deletes sessions and their transcripts 60 days after they start.
Only members of your organization can see your history. Listeners can't see past sessions.
Listeners
Listeners don't create an account or give us their name or email. We only count how many people are connected and which language each one picked, so you can see your audience size.
Your team
Everyone you invite to your organization can start sessions and see history. Only owners manage billing.
