Share your link and QR code

Get your listener link and QR code in front of people, and set up a full-screen caption display.

Listeners don't install an app or create an account. They open your link, pick a language and start reading.

Open Caption Links in your dashboard. Your Join Link looks like livesunday.ai/j/your-handle. Click Copy link to copy it.

Your link never changes, so you can print it once and use it every week.

Open a language directly. Pick a language from the Language menu above the link. The link then opens straight into that language, such as livesunday.ai/j/your-handle/lang/es. This is handy for a Spanish bulletin or a group that all reads the same language.

Set the theme. Choose light or dark if you want everyone to see the same look. Leave it alone and the page follows each phone's own setting.

Your QR code

The QR Code on the same page opens your listener link. Click it to show it large, or save it as an SVG file. SVG stays sharp at any size, so use it for print and for slides.

Places that work well:

  • A slide before the service starts and during announcements.
  • The printed bulletin or a card on each seat.
  • A sign near the entrance and the seating for visitors.
  • A text or email to the people who need translation.

During a live session, Stream Controls also shows the QR code and a Copy link button. You can share it from there without leaving the console.

Full-screen captions for a room display

Scroll down Caption Links to Full Screen Captions. It's a page made for a TV, a projector or a screen for people with hearing loss.

  1. Choose the language and font size.
  2. Pick a theme.
  3. Open the link on the computer connected to the screen and switch the browser to full screen.

Captions scroll onto the screen when you start a session.
