Your free trial

What the free trial includes, how to track it and what happens when the minutes run out.

The free trial gives you 120 minutes of streaming and 2 translation languages. You don't need a card to start it. Each account gets one free trial, even if you delete the organization later.

The trial has no end date. It ends when you've used the 120 minutes.

Track your minutes

While you're on the trial, the Free Trial card in the dashboard menu shows the minutes used and the minutes left. History shows the same numbers. See What counts toward your usage.

When the minutes run out

If the minutes run out during a live session, the session keeps going until you stop it. After that you can't start a new live session until you choose a paid plan. The start button stays greyed out and says Streaming isn't available on your plan.

Your settings, your link and your session history stay as they are.

Choose a paid plan

The Owner picks a plan. Operators don't see the Upgrade button.

  1. Click Upgrade on the Free Trial card, or open Billing.
  2. Under Choose your plan, pick Monthly or Annual.
  3. Click Select plan on the plan you want, then Continue with this plan.
  4. Enter your card on the secure payment page.

You can upgrade before the trial minutes run out. The paid plan starts right away. To compare plans, see Plans and pricing.

Pro or Advanced trial

Sometimes LiveSunday gives an organization a trial of Pro or Advanced. The menu then shows a Pro trial or Advanced trial card with the end date and the streaming time left.

During that trial you get the plan's translation languages, and Advanced also gives you spoken translation. You don't pay for the time you stream. The trial ends on its end date or when you use up its time, whichever comes first. To keep the features, click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Advanced on the card.
