Organization settings
Change your organization's name, logo, handle and website, or leave or delete the organization.
Open Account Settings in your dashboard. Owners and operators can both change these settings.
Name and logo
Listeners see your organization's name and logo in the bar at the bottom of the captions page. Changes show up on their screens without a refresh.
To change the logo, click Upload logo under Organization management. Use a JPEG, PNG or WebP file of 2 MB or less.
To change the name, edit Display name and click Save.
Handle
The handle is the short name in your listener link, such as grace-church in livesunday.ai/j/grace-church. Use 3 to 48 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens. A green check means the handle is free.
Changing the handle breaks your old links and QR codes. Every printed bulletin, slide and full-screen display that uses the old link stops working. Print and share the new link from Caption Links after you change it.
Website
Type your website address under Website and click Save.
Your own sign-in
User management at the top of the page holds your personal details. Change your name, email address or password there. These belong to you, not to the organization.
Leave or delete the organization
Operators see Leave organization at the bottom of the page. You lose access right away. A member can invite you again later.
The owner sees Delete organization instead. This removes the organization for every member and can't be undone. To keep it running without you, make someone else the owner first.
Team members and roles
Invite people to run your console, and see what owners and operators can each do.
Referral program
Share your referral link, and you and the new account each get $20 when they pay their first invoice.
