Spoken translation and voices
Let listeners hear the translation read aloud, and choose a male or female voice.
With spoken translation, listeners can hear the translation read aloud on their phone, as well as read it. It's part of the Advanced plan. Pay as you go, Pro and the free trial don't include it.
Choose the voice
On Stream Controls, open Advanced. The Voice setting has two options, Male and Female. Male is the default.
The voice applies to every translation language. LiveSunday reads your choice when you start a live session, so a change made during a session applies from the next one.
The Voice setting only shows when your plan includes spoken translation.
What listeners do
Listeners pick a translation language on their phone and tap the speaker button in the bottom bar. They need nothing else from you. The voice reads a little faster than normal speech.
There's no voice for the speaker's own language, because people in the room can already hear the speaker.
See For listeners for what listeners see, and tips on headphones and keeping the phone awake.
Sermon notes
Upload your notes and let LiveSunday suggest names and terms to add as keywords.
Swap the speaker language
Switch the speaker and translation languages mid-session when a second speaker uses the other language.
