Team members and roles
Invite people to run your console, and see what owners and operators can each do.
Invite the people who run your sound desk or livestream, so they can start sessions with their own sign-in.
The two roles
Every organization has one Owner. Everyone else is an Operator.
Operators can:
- Run the console and start and stop live sessions.
- Change stream settings, keywords, caption links and organization details.
- Invite people and remove other operators.
Only the owner can:
- Open Billing and manage the plan, payment method and invoices.
- Make someone else the owner.
- Delete the organization.
Invite someone
- Open Members in your dashboard.
- Under Invitations, type the person's email address.
- Click Send invite.
LiveSunday emails them a link. They sign in or create an account with that same email address, then click Accept invitation. They join as an operator.
Each link works once and expires after 7 days. The Invitations list shows each pending invitation and when it expires. Click Resend to email a new link, or Revoke to cancel it.
Remove someone
On Members, open the menu next to the operator's name and click Remove. They lose access right away. You can invite them again later.
Nobody can remove the owner. To leave an organization yourself, see Organization settings.
Change the owner
The owner opens the menu next to an operator and clicks Make owner, then Transfer ownership. The new owner takes over billing. The old owner stays on as an operator.
One console at a time
Only one person runs a live session at a time. If someone else on your team has the session, you'll see their name on Stream Controls.
Transcripts and session history
See past live sessions, read and download transcripts in each language, and check how many minutes you've used.
Organization settings
Change your organization's name, logo, handle and website, or leave or delete the organization.
