Swap the speaker language
Switch the speaker and translation languages mid-session when a second speaker uses the other language.
Some services have two speakers in two languages, such as a sermon in English with an interpreter or a guest preacher in Spanish. With swap, you switch which language LiveSunday listens for without stopping the session.
When you can swap
The swap button shows during a live session when you translate into exactly one language. For example, English as the speaker language and Spanish as the only translation.
Both languages must work in their new roles. If the translation language can't be used as a speaker language, the button is greyed out.
Only the person running the console can swap.
Swap during a session
Click Swap next to the languages on Stream Controls. The two languages change places. LiveSunday now listens for the new speaker language and translates into the old one.
Click it again when the first speaker comes back.
LiveSunday also saves the swap as your language setting. Check the speaker language before your next session, because it starts with the languages you had at the end of this one.
To change languages any other way, stop the session first. See Choose the speaker language.
Spoken translation and voices
Let listeners hear the translation read aloud, and choose a male or female voice.
End a session automatically
Stop a live session after 3 minutes of silence, so you don't use minutes when someone forgets to stop.
